Terms and Conditions for Rental

1. Payment and Rental Period

Full payment must be received before pickup. The rental period is specified in the booking confirmation.

2. Included Equipment

The rental includes:

• 1 Bast sauna tent

• 1 Wood-fired stove

• 1 Bench set

• 1 Fireproof mat

• 1 Safety instruction manual

3. Use and Rules

Safety

• The stove must never be left unattended while in use.

• The tent must not be used indoors or on flammable surfaces.

• Children under the age of 16 must always be supervised.

Setup

• The tent must only be set up on flat, non-flammable ground.

• Proper ventilation is required when the stove is in use.

• The renter is obligated to read and follow the safety instructions provided.

Firewood

• Only dry, untreated firewood may be used.

• Firewood is not included unless agreed upon in advance.

Cleaning

• All equipment must be returned in a clean condition.

• Ash must be removed and disposed of properly.

4. Responsibility and Liability

• The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.

• Damaged, lost, or misused equipment will be charged at full replacement cost.

• Kleksen AS is not liable for any personal injury or accidents caused by misuse.

5. Returns and Fees

• Late return will incur a fee of 1000 NOK per day.

• Unclean equipment will incur a cleaning fee of 500 NOK.

• Serious safety violations or damage may result in loss of deposit and denial of future rentals.

6. Acceptance

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
